48v golf cart batteries
Our Ytcbattery 48V lithium iron phosphate battery is a GC2 size embedded replacement battery that can provide high-quality performance, power and accuracy. This 48V 30 Ah battery is specially designed for golf carts, electric bicycles, utility vehicles, light trucks and AGVs.

Ytcbattery batteries can be used directly and are easy to install, just connect them in parallel to get the required capacity. No need to modify the pallet, no complicated connections, and no heavy work. We recommend that you use battery spacers to fill the empty battery positions so that you can use the existing battery hold-down device in the vehicle. These can be purchased on our website. If you do not use our battery spacers, please make sure to hold the Ytcbattery battery firmly.

They are also scalable, so you can provide higher power and energy (up to 300Ah) as needed. Ytc batteries are connected in parallel (up to 10), which means that you can freely and flexibly use the appropriate number of batteries for the device, usually 2 to 6 batteries.

The Ytcbattery also has an elegant BMS, which can provide precise balance within the battery and between the batteries in a parallel system without the need to charge the battery separately. In addition, unlike any other battery solutions, our proprietary software determines and manages the regenerative current to avoid unnecessary battery disconnection.

36V golf cart
It is very easy to convert your 36V golf cart to a lithium ion battery. A 36V golf cart only needs 3-12V lithium-ion batteries connected in series to replace 6-6V lead batteries.

48V golf cart
If you are considering upgrading 48V golf carts with the latest lithium-ion battery technology, you can replace 8-6V lead batteries with only 4-12V lithium-ion batteries connected in series.

Are you considering using lithium batteries for your golf carts or electric bikes? These are some of the advantages you can expect to use our batteries.

reduce weight
Our lithium batteries are about 70% lighter than lead batteries. A typical 48V golf cart weighs about 500 pounds. Lead-acid batteries. Switching to lithium will reduce the weight by more than 300 pounds. Get out of the shopping cart. This will reduce the energy required to get your cart to its maximum speed and help reduce wear on cart controls, motors, suspension, frame and tires.

Longer life
Our batteries are made of lithium iron phosphate chemical materials and have an expected life span of 3000-5000 cycles. On average, a high-quality lead-acid battery can last 100-300 cycles in a golf cart. After 150 cycles, the capacity of the lead-acid battery is less than half of its rated capacity, which means that the amount of electricity you get is less than half of its new capacity. In the long run, you need to replace lead-acid up to 10 times to get the same cycle life as a set of lithium batteries.

Charging faster
The efficiency of our lithium battery is 99.1%, while the efficiency of lead-acid battery is only 50-80%. When charging a lead-acid battery, 10%-50% of the energy from the charger to the battery may be lost. This means that 50% of the electricity used to charge the golf cart is lost due to the resistance of the lead battery. Using existing chargers, the charging speed of lithium batteries can be increased by up to 50%. We recommend that you purchase one of these chargers for golf carts to get the best performance and longest life from our lithium golf cart batteries. When you buy a high-speed lithium charger from us, our lithium battery may be charged in less than 1 hour.

Higher voltage
Our lithium golf cart batteries will maintain a higher voltage than lead batteries during use. This is equivalent to providing your electric motor with more torque and allowing the controller and electronic equipment to operate at optimal efficiency. When you use a leaded battery to step on the pedal, the voltage may drop below 10V, causing the controller to operate inefficiently and provide less power to the motor, thereby reducing the torque. Lithium golf cart batteries have a higher voltage, which allows your car to speed up faster and maintain a higher speed throughout the charging cycle and during hill climbing.

More capacity
Our lithium golf cart batteries are designed to allow you to safely use 100% of the rated capacity without reducing the life expectancy. It is only recommended to consume 50% of the power of the lead-acid battery. Imagine your fuel tank is filled with 100 gallons of gasoline, and the car can only use 50 gallons before it needs to be refueled.

Life 4000 times
Our lithium golf cart battery will maintain more than 80% of its rated capacity after 4000 cycles at 100 discharge depths. This means that if you have a 100AH lithium battery, it will be equal to an 80AH battery after 4000 cycles. In short, if you walk 100 miles while using a new lithium battery, you can still walk 80 miles after 4000 cycles.

lifetime warranty
We provide a limited lifetime warranty to protect your investment in our products. The life expectancy is up to 5000 times, so you don’t have to change the battery in the shopping cart. Even if you use the shopping cart to deplete the battery by 100% every day, you may run out of the battery for more than 10 years-365 days per year X 10 years is 3,650 cycles.

No memory
Our lithium battery has no memory, and you can charge it at any time no matter you walk 500 feet or 50 miles. In order to prolong the service life of lead batteries, it is recommended to use the recommended depth of discharge before each charge.

Plug and play
Just take out the lead-acid battery, put in 3 or 4 lithium batteries (depending on whether you have a 36V or 48V golf cart), use the existing cable to connect the lithium battery, turn on the key and step on the pedal, and you are ready to go!
